FaceTite treatment details
The FaceTite procedure has been designed to tighten skin without any scarring. Treatments typically take about one hour. When you arrive for your FaceTite procedure, you will be made comfortable on a medical chair. Your face will be cleansed, and then a numbing agent will be injected into the areas where you will be treated. Your face will also be marked to help guide your specialist. After this, a sterility solution may be applied. Once you’re prepped, the procedure will begin. A needle is used to make entry holes for the FaceTite probe. Tumescent anesthesia will be administered with this needle as well.
If liposuction is part of your treatment plan, it will be performed at this time, followed by the FaceTite probe. The FaceTite device is a hand-held instrument that includes both a subdermal probe and a surface probe that houses an electrode. The subdermal probe will be inserted under the skin via the entry holes that were made, and the skin will be pinched between this and the surface probe. Energy will pass between these two probes, treating the area both internally and externally. The amount of treatments needed will depend on your skin laxity and specific aesthetic goals; however, most patients only require one FaceTite treatment.
