What Can I Expect After the Procedure?

Immediately after your CoolSculpting Elite treatment, you can return to your regular activities. Side effects may include tenderness to the touch, swelling, bruising, cramping, and sensitivity. These will go away within a few days to one week.

Patients will begin to see results in as little as one month, but more typically in 2 to 4 months as approximately 20-25% of the treated fat cells undergo a process called apoptosis, which results in the metabolism of their lipid content. The contour of the treated areas improves during this process of fat cell removal.
