Morgan, CAC
Practice Manager, CAC
Morgan began her career at Holcomb Kreithen Plastic Surgery in 2013 and has since built a comprehensive foundation by working in every department within a medical office. From front desk operations to billing, HR, pre and post patient surgical care, financial management and is a Licensed Esthetician. Morgan has hands-on experience that gives her a deep understanding of how a successful practice runs. Her leadership style is rooted in organization, communication, and a patient-first mindset. With over a decade of experience, Morgan brings a well-rounded, solutions-driven approach to medical office administration.
Jackie, RN
Registered Nurse, Clinical Supervisor
Jackie has been a nurse with Holcomb - Kreithen Plastic Surgery since 2014. She is one of the primary nurses for Dr. Holcomb, who loves all aspects of surgical and aesthetic nursing. Jackie’s acute care and emergency care background brings expertise in her nursing care. She is responsible for the pre/post care and education of patients as well as sedation/surgical assistance during surgery. She is the mother of a beautiful 22 year old son and she has a passion for cooking and traveling.
Alyssa Gardner
Marketing Manager
Alyssa Gardner has been with Holcomb Kreithen Plastic Surgery & MedSpa since 2021, bringing years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She combines her passion for beauty with a strong eye for branding and patient experience. Alyssa oversees all aspects of marketing for the practice, from digital campaigns and social media to in-house promotions—ensuring every detail reflects the high standards and expertise that define Holcomb Kreithen.

Meet our Customer Service Manager, Arrica Dallas. Arrica is the nexus between our clinical teams and patient relations staff, ensuring the highest level of excellence at each of our med spas and cosmetic surgery center. Her infectious smile, positive energy and strong background in customer relations create a leadership style that has become an incremental asset to the patient satisfaction at all locations. Arrica welcomes feedback from patients with compassion and professionalism, eager to level-up the personal experience for all Holcomb Kreithen patients.
Becki Moyer, CAC
Surgery Consultant – Dr. Holcomb
Becki has been with Dr. Holcomb since early 2014 and believes it is an honor to work closely with such a skilled and caring physician and the great team of professionals here. As a Certified Aesthetic Counselor, Becki assists patients during their consultation, helping with explanations, questions, expectations, priorities, financial information, and scheduling. Her goal is to help you feel confident, comfortable and excited about your surgical decisions.
Kristine Caprini, CAC
Surgery Consultant – Dr. Kreithen
Kristine is the Surgery Coordinator for Dr. Joshua Kreithen. Working with Dr. Kreithen, she helps new and existing patients understand which procedure(s) will benefit them most, explains costs, and answers questions regarding recovery and scheduling. She strives to help patients feel comfortable and confident that they have chosen the right surgeon to help with their transformation. Kristine started with Holcomb-Kreithen in 2006, and as an experienced Certified Aesthetic Consultant, she can answer all of your aesthetic questions about the face, body, lasers and skin care. She feels blessed by her family, friends, beautiful hometown and exciting workplace.
Kimberly Romanski, RN
Registered Nurse, Nonsurgical Body Contouring Specialist
Kimberly brings 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse to Holcomb - Kreithen Plastic Surgery, where she has been a team member for the past four years. Her past career achievements include managing a complete continuum of care Oncology program which provided Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry, Inpatient Hospital and Hospice Care, Outpatient Hospice care and various support groups. She worked in Administration and managed the Marketing/PR Department, Medical Staff Office and Physician Recruitment. As co-owner of Renaissance Partners, she developed Advertising campaigns for Hospitals and assisted in the start-up of a new bank. She has worked in various capacities at Holcomb - Kreithen Plastic Surgery and most recently provides CoolSculpting treatments – an FDA approved non-surgical body contouring treatment that freezes stubborn fat without surgery or downtime. She is pleased to offer an effective non-surgical alternative to help reduce unwanted fat bulges that won’t go away with exercise and diet.
