What to Expect Before, During, and After Your Tribrid Session

Before

  • Avoid tanning and aggressive exfoliants/irritating actives as directed
  • Arrive with clean skin (we’ll guide you on what to stop and when)
  • If you’re pigment-prone, you may be placed on a prep regimen

During

  • Topical numbing is typically used
  • Treatment is delivered in controlled passes based on your plan
  • Expect heat/snap sensations, usually manageable with numbing + cooling

After

  • Redness + swelling for a short period is common

How long does a HALO TRIBRID appointment usually take?

Most appointments last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area and the level of customization required. This includes time for numbing, treatment delivery, and post-care instructions. Stacy will review timing expectations during your consultation so you can plan accordingly.

Is HALO TRIBRID appropriate year-round in Florida?

HALO TRIBRID can be performed year-round, but sun exposure habits matter. Patients who can reliably avoid tanning and follow strict sun protection before and after treatment tend to do best. If recent or upcoming sun exposure is unavoidable, we may recommend adjusting timing or choosing an alternative treatment.

How soon will I start noticing results?

Many patients notice early improvements in brightness and smoothness within the first 1–2 weeks as the skin renews. More meaningful changes in texture and skin quality continue to develop gradually over several weeks to months as collagen remodeling progresses.

Will HALO TRIBRID make my skin thinner?

No. When appropriately selected and performed, fractional laser resurfacing is intended to support healthier skin structure, not thin it. Proper settings, spacing between treatments, and medical oversight are key factors in maintaining long-term skin integrity.
